Our commitment
Professional Insurance Solutions, PC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Insurance is not optional, and neither is being able to read about it. If any part of this site prevents you from finding information or contacting us, that is a defect on our side and we want to hear about it.
What we have built in
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate by structure.
- A visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element, and a skip-to-content link.
- Colour contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA for body text and interface elements.
- Full keyboard operation — no mouse is required for the menu, the quote wizard or any form.
- Form fields with persistent labels, clear error messages, and errors announced to assistive technology.
- Respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting, which disables animation across the site.
- Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320px viewport, and supports browser zoom to 200%.
Alternatives to this website
Every task on this site can be completed by telephone. If a page is not working for you, call the office and a licensed advisor will do it with you — including quotes, enrollment, policy changes and claim support.
We can also provide plan documents and summaries in large print or as accessible files on request, at no charge.

If you encounter a barrier on this website, please tell us. Describe the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you were using if applicable. We will acknowledge your message and aim to respond within two business days.
